All information provided during the consultation sessions will be protected and not disclosed to any third parties. We respect your privacy and thus, will treat your information with utmost care and respect.
If you subscribe to our mailing list you will receive regular emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any point you desire to do so either by using the button in the footer of the emails or by emailing us at coach@deeptimalhotr.com.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions and privacy policy may change from time to time. Any changes made will be updated to the website without prior intimation. You are required to update yourself with the changes made by going through our terms and conditions before using the services provided by us.
1) Refunds & Cancellations
The first session is fully refundable, no questions asked, if it does not meet your expectations. In order to avail of the refund, please email us within 7 days of attending it at coach@deeptimalhotr.com. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be processed.
All sessions booked afterward are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule them if such a need arises by sending us an email with the requested change in dates.
Cancellations
If we are unable to provide our services to you due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at our discretion. The payment made by you, in such cases, will be refunded back in full into the bank account from which it was made. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in such cases.
2) Ownership of Content/ Copyrights
The information provided on this website and material used during the coaching sessions is copyrighted and cannot be copied, distributed, or shared with any third party under any circumstances without acquiring permission for the same from us.
3) Please note that consultation with Deepti Malhotra does not constitute medical or legal advice. Everything acquired by you in the process of working with her is designed to help you deal better with the challenges of life but does not replace medical treatment. You should seek professional advice if you have a condition that requires the same.
4) Limitations of Liability
We will not be liable to you in relation in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
To the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
For any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or
For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, or loss or corruption of information or data.
